This is me experiencing Southern Confederate Culture

Today I went with my friend, Shelley, to the Fall Muster (Civil War reenactment) at Beauvoir, Jefferson Davis' last home. It's located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in Biloxi. I learned that Jefferson Davis' daughter, Winnie, wanted to marry a Yankee, but the engagement had to be called off after word got out and the family started receiving death threats. It's a beautiful home--right on the beach, which is why it was badly damaged during Katrina. It has lots of closets, which was a sign of wealth because closets were taxed. If you want to know more, take a look. http://www.beauvoir.org/ I will let the videos speak for themselves.

your videos aren't working (for me anyway) but I did check out the website, and my question for you is, did you get a penny? did you transform a Lincoln head penny into the image of what's-his-face?

I did not transform the Lincoln penny since I didn't know about it until I got home...alas...

I think you need flash 10 to see the videos.

sorry to hear you're stuck with only yankee pennies.

my computer is stupid. besides being locked down so that the kids (or I) can barely navigate the web, I am sure flash 10 or any thing like that would kill it dead.
